“I was visiting from overseas and usually quite pedantic with my foils. I found Zowie on instagram and I’m so glad I did! She made me the most perfect golden blonde that I’ve been trying to get hairdressers to achieve for a long time now. She was also very thorough and gentle and all around a good person. “I know a few people who go to PeterJames and their hair always looks fabulous so I thought I would try too after having a disaster! From the min I worked in for my patch test I felt welcome (so did my daughter who loved the dogs!) James and I talked over what we could do and where I wanted to be (was dark brown/grey! And wanted blonde) he explained it would take a few appointments which I was absolutely fine with as he was so honest.. he booked me in with Peter for the following week and again, Peter went over and explained everything to me, he advised on products etc and I left feeling amazing and had a nice Colour after getting highlights.. unfortunately I was really unwell between my appointments and in and out of hospital but I kept in touch and Peter even sent my products I had ordered to my parents house where I was staying for a bit.I am just home from my second appointment and my hair looks and feels fantastic, the colour is amazing and I cannot believe the shine (I’ve never had a shine when having blonde hair before!) just arranged to go out with my friend tonight as I feel so much more confident!! How is this different from Full Head Bleach & Tone?
Full Head Bleach & Tone lightens the whole head, root to tip, to take you blonde. Re-Growth Bleach & Tone lightens only the new growth at your roots and re-tones, so the all-over blonde you already have stays continuous rather than developing a dark band.
When should I book my regrowth appointment?
Before you can see the regrowth, not after. Leaving it too long makes the join harder to blend and can cost more to correct.
Do I need to add a toner?
No. The toner is included, so there's nothing to add.
My ends have gone dull or brassy. Can you refresh them at the same time?
Tell us when you book and we'll allow time to refresh them.
Which lightener do you use on my roots?
BlondorPlex, the only lightener we use. It has bond-building technology integrated into it, so protection begins during the lightening process itself. It's the first of our three pillars for an unbreakable blonde.
