Oli

Oli began her professional hairdressing journey with PeterJames, completing her Level 2 qualification under the guidance and education of the salon team. Now working as a Graduate Stylist, she is continuing to develop her craft while working towards her Level 3 qualification.

With a natural flair for all things hair, Oli has shown an instinctive eye for colour, cutting and styling from the very beginning. Creative, enthusiastic and eager to continually develop, she brings a fresh perspective to the salon floor while already demonstrating the confidence and attention to detail of an exciting emerging stylist.

Like Peter and James, Oli has a real fascination with the science behind professional haircare. She particularly enjoys hair-health diagnostics — understanding the condition and needs of the hair before selecting the right professional treatments, products and homecare to support it. This makes her a natural fit for the PeterJames philosophy that great hair begins with understanding the hair in front of you, rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach.

Education is at the heart of PeterJames, and Oli’s progression reflects our commitment to developing the next generation of talented hairdressers through structured qualifications, hands-on salon experience and continued professional education.

Alongside her Level 3 training, Oli continues to attend advanced education with our professional partners, further developing both her technical knowledge and creativity behind the chair.
