No. It adds thickness and strength, and it isn't a smoothing or straightening treatment. If frizz is your issue, look at Smooth Filler or the Glass Lamination Blow-dry.
How is it different from the Thirst Quench Blow-dry?
Thirst Quench is hydration-focused, for dry, tangly hair that's rough to the touch. The Botox Blow-dry is about thickness and strength, for fine or brittle hair that has lost its body.
